Discovery & Strategy

The project began with a comprehensive discovery phase where we analyzed the agency’s digital presence, customer journey, and competitor landscape. While their team had a strong offline reputation, their website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not aligned with how modern buyers search for properties. Most leads came through referrals, but online inquiries were often lost due to delayed responses. We identified three core needs: a conversion-focused website, a streamlined property search experience, and automation to ensure no lead slipped through the cracks. The website needed a digital identity that matched its professional credibility, while also providing speed and convenience to buyers.

Build & Launch

The final design combined aesthetic polish with practical tools for both buyers and agents. Property listings were structured with advanced filters (price, location, property type), interactive photo galleries, and downloadable brochures. Each listing included clear CTAs—Book a Viewing, Request Details, Talk to an Agent—ensuring prospects had multiple, easy ways to take the next step. To strengthen lead conversion, we integrated a complete automation system. Every inquiry triggered instant responses—brochures were auto-shared via email, WhatsApp notifications were sent directly to assigned agents, and drip campaigns nurtured leads who weren’t ready to buy immediately. A central CRM dashboard gave the agency full visibility into all leads, their status, and follow-up history, helping the team manage prospects more efficiently.

At handover, we provided a scalable content management system, editable templates for future property uploads, full automation workflows, and training for the in-house sales staff. The result was more than just a website—it became a digital sales engine. The agency not only saw an increase in online inquiries but also improved conversion rates, faster response times, and a professional online presence that mirrored the strength of their offline reputation.
