During the discovery phase, it became clear that the agency’s digital presence wasn’t matching the quality of their projects. Their existing website was static, lacked proper property categorization, and made it difficult for prospects to inquire or book site visits. A large portion of leads were being handled manually, which led to delays in response and lost opportunities. Through a collaborative strategy session with the management and sales team, we identified the need for a dynamic website that could showcase listings in an engaging way while serving as a powerful lead-generation tool. The brand’s digital tone had to reflect professionalism, trust, and simplicity—ensuring prospective buyers felt guided, not overwhelmed.

Build & Launch

The website was designed with a clean, property-first layout supported by advanced filters for budget, location, and property type. Each property page included rich media—high-quality galleries, floor plans, virtual tours, and neighborhood insights—giving visitors a complete view before contacting an agent. Conversion-focused CTAs like “Schedule a Visit” and “Get Brochure” were placed strategically throughout the site. Automation played a key role in the build. Every inquiry triggered instant communication: property brochures sent automatically, lead details routed to the right agent via WhatsApp and email, and nurturing drip campaigns activated for follow-up. A sales dashboard integrated with their CRM gave management real-time insights into inquiry volume, agent response rates, and lead conversion trends.
